About me
Cody Laplante is a certified Teacher of Students with Visual Impairments living in Baltimore, Maryland. Formerly working at the Maryland School for the Blind, Cody worked as an Assistive Technology Specialist, teaching students how to use screen readers, switch access, and worked with teams to develop unique solutions for students. Cody co-founded eye.t in 2019 with the mission of changing the way the vision field thought about assistive technology curriculum. Cody believes that given quality instruction and the right tools, all students have the ability to use a computer.
