About me
Kelsey currently works as an educational diagnostician and listening and spoken language specialist at the Center for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Education within the Indiana Department of Health. Kelsey has worked with children who are deaf or hard of hearing for the last ten years in multiple capacities, including as an itinerant and classroom teacher of the deaf. Kelsey holds a Ph.D. in Special Education from Indiana University-Bloomington, a MA in Deaf Education from Fontbonne University, and a BA in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the College of Wooster. She is a certified Listening and Spoken Language Specialist.
